Description
The project consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, material delivery, transportation and all associated services for the Simmons Street Roadway Rehabilitation – Red Coach Avenue to Hammer Lane Project (CIP # 10553). The work generally consists of roadway rehabilitation, ADA improvements, signal and loop modifications, signage and striping, curb and gutter, commercial driveway modifications, utility grade adjustments, and other work as required by the Bid Documents. The Project shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the start of construction date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $4,000,000 to $4,500,000.
