AMENDMENT 003 is issued to provide answers to submitted questions and an amended SOW. See the attachment section of this opportunity. AMENDMENT 002 is issued to extend the solicitation period. Answers to submitted questions shall be posted in a separate amendment. AMENDMENT 001 is issued to adjust the date for the site visit and due date for questions. The site visit date is changed to 21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT. The due date for submission of questions is 24 August 2026.
