Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to do asphalt paving, improvements, general maintenance, and repairs of the High Point Multi-Use Trail approximately three (3) miles by six (6) wide of existing paved High Point Trail at Manson Neck State Park, 7301 High Point Road, Lorton, VA 22079.
