Amendment A04: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment A04 is to (1) Post the some of the remaining questions and answers (Q&As), (2) Post the final Geotech Report, and (3) extend the offers due date. 2. Attached are the answers to the some of the remaining questions received and attachment J01a GeoTech 10Sep2024. 3. The offers due date is extended to 11/12/2026. 4. The Government may provide updated attachments when the remaining Q&A�s are posted. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A03: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the offers due date. 2. It is taking longer than expected to respond to the questions received. The offers due date is extended to 10/22/2026. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A02: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the offers due date. 2. It is taking longer than expected to respond to the questions received. The offers due date is extended to 10/08/2026. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A01: 1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment A01 is to: a. Post questions and answers (Q&As), b. Post the site visit sign-in sheet, c. Post the Geotech Report, d. Update a clause, e. Extend the offers due date. 2. Attached are the questions received to this date with some answers. The Government is researching the rest of the questions and will post those answers soon. 3. HHSAR clause 352.223-70 Safety and Health is updated to the OCT 2026 version and the full text is provided at the end of this amendment. 6. The offers due date is extended to 09/24/2026. 7. Remember to acknowledge all amendments. Block 11 of the SF-30 provides instructions for acknowledging amendments; it is acceptable to acknowledge on block 19 of the SF-1442. 8.
