The Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) is soliciting sealed proposals to establish one or more contracts with qualified Offerors to provide emergency and non-emergency debris monitoring and debris removal services in support of the Commonwealth of Virginia.Offerors are responsible for reviewing the solicitation in its entirety and ensuring that all required information, forms, attachments, and proposal documents are completed and submitted in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
