Seeking vendors to design, install, operate, and maintain these clean¿energy systems on State¿owned buildings, facilities, or other State¿owned real property. Projects will be implemented under a long¿term, twenty-to-twenty-five-year (20 to 25) Site Lease Agreement (SLA) and a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
