<p>This Request for Comments on Contingency Based Revenue Optimization Services draft scope of work is to help refine a potential subsequent Request for Proposal.</p><p></p><p>The City of Vallejo invites qualified revenue audit, recovery, tax administration and related firms to comment on the attached draft scope of work. The City intends to use this market input to refine a potential subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). Comments should identify feasible services, practical constraints, suggested revisions and compensation terms that protect City revenue while supporting a competitive response.</p><p></p><p>This Request for Comments (RFC) is the first stage of a two-stage process. It requests information and comments only. It does not solicit binding proposals, select a consultant, establish a shortlist, authorize work or result in a contract award. Any subsequent selection would occur through a separately issued RFP and applicable City approvals.
