Quotation Submission: Quotations will be opened privately. Quotations, including any withdrawals or modifications, received after the specified closing date may be considered late. Late submissions will only be considered if determined to be in BSA's best interest. BNL anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price purchase order.
