This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.201-1, additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested of competent vendors, as identified hereunder. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N5523627Q0002 is issued as a Sole Source acquisition. This solicitation is being processed using the procedures of RFO FAR Part 12. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, Rolls-Royce Solutions America Inc. (RRSA), for the parts listed on the Product Description under the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1 and 12.102 on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government is not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
