Description
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) invites qualified firms, or teams of firms, to submit written proposals for the development and FEMA approval of an updated Chittenden County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. The purpose of this project is to update the existing countywide mitigation planning framework and the individual municipal mitigation plans so that eighteen of the 19 municipalities in Chittenden County have a current, FEMA-approved hazard mitigation plan that identifies risks, establishes locally appropriate mitigation priorities, and provides a practical strategy for reducing long-term risk to people, property, infrastructure, and community functions
