Description

The Catawba Nation seeks a qualified emergency management consulting firm to develop, review, revise, integrate, and validate a comprehensive emergency management planning program. Services will include updates to the THIRA/SPR, EOP, Casino ERP, COOP, and NIMS implementation framework in accordance with current FEMA guidance and best practices, with coordination among Tribal, local, state, federal, and community stakeholders.
