Important: This is contingent on federal funding which will be confirmed on or before December 11, 2026. CASC is seeking bids from food vendors (no third-party companies or event planners) who can deliver lunches, breaktime beverages, and snacks to Melfa, VA for approximately 25 people (estimated) for two days in February 2027. The final attendee count will be confirmed 3 days prior to the event. Meals, beverages, etc. will need to be delivered to 28598 Beacon Road, Melfa, VA 23410. Read the Scope of Services document carefully for details.
