Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit Proposals from qualified investment consulting firms to provide independent consulting services to the St. Johns County deferred compensation plan and its Investment Committee, including fiduciary guidance, investment monitoring, plan provider oversight, and participant education. The intent of St. Johns County (“County”) is to award the top ranked firm based upon the Evaluation Criteria provided herein and to negotiate and execute a Contract for performance of the Services.
