Notice Update No. 1 dated 27 Aug 2026 to Notice The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912LR26QA042 is to provide official Government responses to vendor Requests for Information (RFIs), issue a revised DOR/Statement of Work (SOW Revision 27 August 2026), and incorporate technical site exhibits to assist in quote preparation. Key Updates in this Amendment: Revised Period of Delivery: The delivery timeline has been updated to a 145-day milestone schedule, driven by a Government-issued Notice to Proceed (NTP) to mitigate supply chain and shipping risks. Installation Clarifications: The SOW now explicitly details the contractor's turnkey responsibilities for blocking, leveling, structural seaming, anchoring, and utility connections to existing site stubs. Commercial Material Tolerances: Specifications for interior finishes, ceiling systems, and security windows have been broadened to maximize competition and allow for standard commercial equivalents. (Note: Aluminum stairs/ramps are excluded from this requirement). Site Exhibits Added: Technical Exhibit B (Warrior Plaza Site Plan) and Technical Exhibit C (Warrior Plaza Pictures) have been added and attached to provide visual and dimensional site context. Extension of Closing Date: The quote submission deadline is hereby extended to September 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM (local time PUERTO RICO). After closing deadline for questions, no other questions will be answered. All vendors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 by signing and returning the SF-30 with their quote submission.
