The Town of Stratford on behalf of its Public Schools (the “District”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive, districtwide school safety and security audit and to provide implementation-focused emergency preparedness support. The District intends to engage a partner that can evaluate physical security, plans, policies, procedures, technology, operational practices, and stakeholder experience; identify strengths and vulnerabilities; estimate implementation costs; and convert findings into prioritized short- and long-term action plans. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
