Design Services for Elevator Lobbies & Common Spaces Modernization

Description

Architectural and Engineering (A/E) professional design services for the modernization of the elevator lobbies and common areas within the U.S. Embassy Compound's Main Chancery Building in Bogot�, Colombia. The affected areas include the hallway/lobby areas on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the Chancery, secondary lobby areas, and elevator entrances on all three floors. The elevator lobbies and common areas are currently outdated, lacking the modern appeal and functionality expected of a contemporary diplomatic workspace. Existing conditions include insufficient lighting, worn ceilings and walls, outdated finishes, peeling paint, inconsistent or absent signage, and an absence of cultural heritage elements (e.g., pre-Columbian pieces, paintings, and artwork). The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
