(ABOA): 63,950 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 144 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 144 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5-year term Additional Requirements: 1. Secured parking space for fourteen armored vehicles at a weight of 10,500 lbs plus an additional 2,000 lbs for equipment when loaded. Space must also allow for one storage container to house ammunitions with dimensions at 98� tall x 96� wide x 86� deep with a door swing at 24� and a weight of 38,540 lbs. 2. Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building. 3. Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
