the City is seeking a qualified firm to provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and all other incidentals, to replace the existing gravel lot at 347 E. Washington St with a paved lot and landscaped pedestrian area to support the historic Phoenix Bank of Nansemond to the limits shown and in accordance with all specification, terms, conditions, and drawings herein.
