AMENDMENT 02 - ISSUED 17 September 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide clarification and updated specifications to questions posed by potential offerors with attachment 70Z03326Q201900012_Questions and Answers (1). Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the 70Z03326Q2019000012_SF30 (2) with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 01 � ISSUED 09 September 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Update 70Z03326Q201900012_Terms and Conditions to incorporate FAR clauses 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections (July 2000) and 52.228-14 Irrevocable Letter of Credit (Nov 2014). Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the 70Z03326Q2019000012_SF30 (1) with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires the replacement and refurbishment of the main gate at Air Station Port Angeles. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications are included in the solicitation documents.
