ALL vendors wishing to quote MUST be registered in the American System for Award Management (SAM). You can access the SAM database at https://sam.gov/ where you will find step by step instructions on how to register or update your SAM registration. Guidance on how to register in SAM.gov - https://www.fsd.gov Proof of your SAM registration must be submitted as part of your quotation package. NB!!
