NORTHWOODS NATIONAL CEMETERY Office Trailer Lease Performance of Work Statement General Scope Northwoods National Cemetery has a requirement for a temporary office trailer for a period of twelve months to be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Goal The primary objective of this contract is to provide temporary office space for one employee at Northwoods National Cemetery, located at 4520 Lakewood Rd, Harshaw, WI 54529. The contractor will be responsible for providing all required aspects of a 12 month trailer lease, including delivery, setup, and removal. General Requirements The Contractor shall provide a temporary office trailer for a period of 12 months as well as all transportation, labor, parts, and materials to deliver, setup, secure, dismantle and remove at the end of the lease. SPECIFICATIONS The following list, with subsequent corresponding descriptions of services, covers the types and delivery frequencies of services that will be required for fulfillment of this contract. The Contractor shall coordinate with the CO or COR as appropriate to determine delivery schedules, and the trailer placement location. Line-Item Number Section Description 0001 A.1.1 Delivery and setup of office trailer, skirting and steps 0002 A.1.2 Monthly fee for lease 0003 A.1.3 Dismantling, removal and return A.1.1 Delivery and setup of office trailer, skirting and steps: Prior to shipping, the contractor will notify the COR/CO and provide the government with the opportunity to verify the trailer meets the requirements. This inspection can take place either remotely or in-person. The trailer must not be shipped prior to this verification by the government. If the government finds the trailer does not meet the requirements the contractor shall provide an alternative trailer for inspection within 2 weeks (10 business days).
