26-152 Property Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services at the Oxnard DMV Field Office Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Before submitting inquiries, please read and review current contract information below as well as full solicitation with specific focus on the Scope of Work. Interested bidders will automatically be referred back to this event description and/or solicitation for responses to questions regarding information that can be found within. Current Contractor: GI Services, LLC Current Contract Term: 3/1/2024 - 2/28/2027 Current Contract Total Cost: $86,643.00 Current Contract Monthly Cost Breakdown: Parking Lot Sweeping $757.75 Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $1,299.99 Building Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $350.00 Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment (trailer-mounted equipment shall not be utilized) to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles (parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, gated vehicle enclosure areas, etc.) during the term of the contract. Schedule of Events: Written questions regarding SB Bid are due by: 10/15/2026 5:30PM Written responses to SB Bid questions released by: 10/19/2026 5:30PM Final date for bid submission: 10/23/2026 11:59PM Proposed start date of contract: 3/1/2027
