The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) seeks proposals from qualified electrical, instrumentation, and control system integration firms to provide a complete turnkey instrumentation and control system solution for Blower #8 at the Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant (RRWPCP).
