An Amendment to the Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0039 is being applied due to the following: 1. Attachment 1 - Market Basket is being replaced with: Attachment 1 - Market Basket Amended. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged. The Defense Logistic Agency (�DLA�) � Troop Support (�Agency�) intends to enter into an indefinite quantity contract(s) (�IQC�) with a commercial firm(s) to supply fresh Bread and Bakery products to Department of War (�DoW�, or �Troop�) customers in the Colorado State region. This solicitation closes on October 26, 2026, at 3 PM EST. Please see attachments for all documents in the solicitation package.
