The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C646000 entitled, "CHP Tecate Platform Scale - Janitorial Services." When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. A mandatory walk-through will be held on November 9, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the CHP Tecate Platform Scale located at 455 Thing Road, Tecate, CA 91980. A sign-in sheet will be provided at the walk-through. All prospective bidders must sign-in prior to the start of the walk-through. Late sign-in will not be accepted.
