THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. REQUIREMENTS: Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-290 P-8A program office has a requirement for additional quantities of ground systems hardware and software in support of the P-8A I3B2 aircraft and legacy aircraft. This effort will provide continued modifications and installs of P-8A Ground Station (PGS) systems, and other support for Mobile Mission Systems to include Poseidon Quick Look (PQL) and Fly Away Kit (FAK). The contractor�s effort will also include associated support activities and other direct costs (ODCs). This action does not introduce new mission areas or fundamentally new capabilities. The requested information is to assist the Government in conducting market research to determine potential business sources that have the assets, skills, experience, financial stability, qualifications, and knowledge required to support the above request. Include a statement regarding industrial security clearance. This Sources Sought is not, however, a request for inquiries concerning subcontracting opportunities. AMG is integrated within P-8A Ground Stations (PGS) for media building purposes to support missions for P-8A Block I and Block II aircraft. The anticipated period of performance for this effort is Q2FY27 through Q1FY30.
