The City of Prescott, Arizona is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and experienced roofing contractors to provide roofing repair, maintenance, and replacement services for facilities owned or operated by the City of Prescott. The selected contractor(s) may be utilized on an as-needed basis for individual roofing projects throughout the contract term. Projects may vary in size, scope, complexity, and location. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of qualified roofing contractors capable of providing responsive, professional, safe, and high-quality roofing services.
