Shaft & Prop Repair on 2 Coast Guard boats at USCG Base Boston located at 427 Commercial St, Boston, MA. 02109 Introduction The United States Coast Guard is issuing this Open Market Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish an award in support of the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR 19.5.01 as a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 332710, which has a small business size standard of 500 employees. Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at peter.psanis@uscg.mil no later than 5pm EST on September 04, 2026. The subject line of the email must include the solicitation number (RFQ No.70Z02426Q0000324). Each question should identify the solicitation section, page number, paragraph number, or other identifier relating to the question. Questions without this information may or may not be answered. The information provided in the Relevant Experience submission must be sufficiently detailed so that the Government can determine whether the project(s) demonstrate relevant experience of similar scope, size, and complexity of this acquisition.
