Construct Improvements at Montclair Basin 2 and 3 to divert available storm flows from the San Antonio Creek Channel into the existing basins for groundwater recharge. The work Consist of all materials, labor, tools, equipment apparatus, facilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, commission, start up and deliver a complete fully functional project.
