NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Franklin, TN, is receiving sealed written bids until 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at which time they will be publicly unsealed, for the following procurement: Wastewater Treatment Laboratory Services (Solicitation No. 2027-013) Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the City’s specifications and other procurement documents pertaining to this solicitation, including any addenda that may be issued, available on the Business Opportunities page of the City’s website (https://www.franklintn.gov/) or by contacting City Purchasing (purchasing@franklintn.gov; 615-550-6692). Per T.C.A. § 12-4-116, potential bidders are not required to receive or respond to this procurement solicitation electronically. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive minor informalities.
