Description
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform concrete floor repair, leveling, and resurfacing for an area within the Model Shop in Building 1 at NSWC Carderock. The total work area is approximately 698 sq. ft., which is divided into two distinct zones with different technical requirements: a leveled Booth Zone (approx. 45 ft x 13.5 ft) and a flush Transition Zone (approx. 15 ft x 6 ft). The scope includes surface preparation, pouring cementitious overlays, and applying an industrial-grade flooring system compliant with NFPA 33.
