Elevator maintenance service for a two (2) year term from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028, with option to renew for an additional two one (1) year terms, for various municipal facilities as noted in the attached specifications. There will be a prebid meeting held on November 10, 2026 at 10:00am, commencing at New Britain City Hall, 27 W Main St, Rm 201, New Britain CT, followed by site visits.
