Proposal submissions in response to the RFP must be sent via electronic mail (The Proposal Submission Email) to DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov (the RFP Submission Email Address). The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Division of Instructional and Information Technology is seeking proposals from organizations experienced in and capable of providing comprehensive managed services for large scale payroll systems, which will result in high quality implementation of a new payroll system for the DOE. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. EST, SEPTEMBER 29, 2026. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in one (1) requirement contract agreement. The awarded contract will be for a term of five (5). NYCDOE reserves the unilateral option to extend the contract for two (2) additional two-year periods. It is anticipated that services will commence on or about July 1, 2027. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. EST. The City of New York will be utilizing the Microsoft Teams platform.
