Description
Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the construction of a vacuum sanitary sewer system to provide centralized sewer service to approximately 960 single-family residential parcels and 10 apartment parcels within the Port Salerno-New Monrovia service area. The work also includes construction of a completely enclosed masonry building housing the vacuum/sewerage pumping assemblies, along with associated roadway, drainage, sidewalk, and lighting improvements. Funds for this project are provided, in part, through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), including State grant funding and the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including applicable flow-down requirements.
