Description
The School District of Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh Public Schools, PPS) invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide an enterprise, cloud-hosted survey, workflow, and case management platform. The platform will support District processes that collect protected student education records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), confidential employee information, and data required for state and federal reporting. The District currently operates these processes on an enterprise survey platform that is integrated with the District data warehouse, District dashboards, and the student information system. Several of these processes are operationally critical and described under Current Environment. The selected platform must maintain the District's current capabilities without loss of functionality, data, or integration.
