This is a sources sought notice for information only. This sources sought is for the purpose of conducting market research to provide data for planning purposes. This sources sought synopsis announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation, and is not a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, does not obligate the government to award a contract, issue a solicitation, reimburse respondents for any proposal preparation and/or submittal costs, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa, intends to construct a new student dormitory facility within the Instituto T�cnico Policial (ITP) Training Compound located in Comayagua, Honduras. The objective of this project is to provide a complete Design-Review, Engineering, Construction Documents, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Turnover solution for the construction of a new dormitory facility at the Instituto T�cnico Policial (ITP) in Comayagua, Honduras The proposed facility is intended to accommodate approximately 156 male police students and includes dormitory sleeping areas, restroom facilities, shower facilities, and laundry areas required for daily operation of the training center. The project has been intentionally developed utilizing a simplified and highly repetitive construction approach intended to facilitate construction, reduce project duration, simplify maintenance requirements, and maximize long-term operational value.
