The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide various types of equipment with experienced and drivers/operators to perform Snow and Ice Removal operations on VDOT maintained portions of limited access primaries and interstates throughout Carroll, Montgomery, Pulaski, Roanoke and Botetourt Counties in VDOT's Salem District.
