Description
The Winnebago County Solid Waste Department (referred to as “WCSW” or “Winnebago County”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Waste Hauling providers (“Contractors”) to deliver solid waste and recyclable material hauling services. WCSW seeks to contract with a Contractor to provide hauling services for solid waste and recyclable materials from its Transfer Station for the period beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031.
