AMENDED 9/3/2026 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE White Sands Intelligent Scheduling and Decision Optimization Management (WISDOM) System Agency/Office: Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI), Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299 Subject: Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Task Order for White Sands Intelligent Scheduling and Decision Optimization Management (WISDOM) System Support NAICS Code: 513210 � Software Publishers (Small Business Size Standard: $47 million) PSC: AC32 � National Defense R&D Services; Defense-Related Activities; Applied Research Description: Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the White Sands Test Center (WSTC) and Test Resource Management Center (TRMC), intends to award a sole-source task order under the Salesforce Enterprise Contract (EC) IDIQ, Contract No. W519TC26DA009, to Computable Insights LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Salesforce, Inc., for professional services supporting the White Sands Intelligent Scheduling and Decision Optimization Management (WISDOM) system. The proposed task order will support discovery, architecture, and initial pilot/minimum viable product (MVP) activities for WISDOM, an AI-enabled enterprise scheduling and decision-support capability intended to modernize legacy scheduling processes at White Sands Missile Range. The effort includes support for scheduling workflow modernization, customer portal capability, conflict notification, reporting/dashboard functionality, and associated implementation planning. The proposed contract action will be awarded on a sole-source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
