This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). Minnesota IT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Commerce (Agency) intends to renew an agreement with INS Services, Inc. for up to 24 months to provide hosting and support services for TeamMate. TeamMate is an auditing software that allows users to conduct paperless insurance examinations and audits, provided to states by the National Association of Insurance Coordinators. The Agency determined that TeamMate is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product that meets its business needs. This is deemed a single source purchase because TeamMate is a proprietary system, and is hosted and supported solely by INS Services, Inc., and such services are not available from other third parties.
