Description
The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more agencies to administer a Homelessness Prevention, Diversion, and Rapid Exit Program. The goals of this program are to prevent households at imminent risk from becoming homeless and to divert and rapidly exit households experiencing homelessness from the homeless response system.
