The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide a complete and fully operational elevated water storage facility, including the tank foundation, tank erection, site work, piping, painting, electrical systems, instrumentation, SCADA, and related accessories. Major construction components include the elevated tank and foundation, site clearing and grading, gravel access areas, approximately 12-inch PVC water main, flanged piping and control valves, connection to the existing 16-inch water main, fire hydrant assemblies, gate valves, steel casing/jack-and-bore work, chain-link fencing and gates, rip-rap, miscellaneous concrete, erosion and sediment controls, and site restoration.
