This Request for Proposals is being issued to establish the next generation of multi-year convenience contracts (each a “University Term Contract” or “UTC”) with multiple vendors to provide audiovisual and multimedia equipment, installation / integration, and support services to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (the “University”). The University intends, and reserves the right at its sole discretion, to award a UTC to more than one (1) vendor.
