It is the intent of the Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) to establish an annual contract with a qualified Primary and Secondary contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials for the provision of on-call Painting, Pressure Washing, and Waterproofing Services for buildings and structures for Columbus Consolidated Government on an ¿as-needed basis.¿
