Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA812426RB013 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), for F139 (PW 4062-3) ZERO-TIME SPARE ENGINES (CORE ONLY). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The requirement consists of an estimated quantity of twelve (12) engines in the base period and an optional quantity of seven (7), for a potential total of nineteen (19) engines.
