Description
The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified contractors to inventory and analyze trees in specific locations using the City's existing Tree Plotter Inventory System in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the Request for Quote. The City will NOT HOLD a Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. Quotes will be evaluated on the per-tree unit price multiplied by 3,500 trees plus the lump sum report price. The 3,500-tree quantity is for evaluation only. Refer to the Scope of Work, Section 1, General, paragraphs d through f. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement Marketplace. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
