The Service Provider shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide annual and as-needed inspection, testing, reporting, and related minor repair services for Industrial Oil-Filled Power Transformers rated 480V–2500V and above, for the City of Oxnard Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 6001 Perkins Rd.
