The Commissioners Court of Kendall County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional planning, landscape architecture, parks and recreation planning, or related consulting services for the development of a Concept Development Plan for Guadalupe River Ranch Park. The project will establish a long-term vision for the approximately 321-acre county-owned property located at 605 FM 474, Boerne, Texas, including assessment of recreational opportunities, public input, conceptual park programming, and phased development recommendations. Firms must demonstrate the experience, qualifications, and resources necessary to successfully perform these services.
