The work includes, but not limited to, construction of facility improvements to accommodate growing needs for students in District 23 of CCSD. Specific Needs of the following schools, Minnie Hughes(New MP Room & Media Center), Jane Edwards(New MP Room), and EB Ellington(Media Room Expansion, Cafeteria/MPR Finishes). Pre-Bid 10/20/26 @ 2:00 pm @ Brownstone, 4055 Faber Place Drive, Suite 100 N. Charleston, SC 29405. This is a pre-qualified bid, open to General Contractors who have received notice.
