Description
The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to develop and administer online entry-level firefighter examinations with remote proctoring and webcam monitoring for the City of Tucson Fire Department. Candidates shall be able to complete examinations remotely without attending a testing facility, supporting the City’s goal of increasing accessibility and broadening the applicant pool. The selected contractor will work closely with the Tucson Fire Department and Human Resources staff to provide examinations that assess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the position of Firefighter in accordance with the Scope of Work. The City reserves the right to engage the selected contractor to develop and administer a replacement examination as needed.
